The Whitman Mansion comfortably accommodates 12-16 overnight guests including a cottage for your family or wedding party. As a result of the COVID pandemic we cannot provide the adequate amount of staff to provide appropriate service for catering. We are now partnered with the award winning Thrive Catering to service your stay.

This luxurious historic renovation offers nearly 5,000 square feet including elegant reception rooms, full gourmet kitchen and a third floor gentleman’s room with billiard table. The Mansion even boasts a custom outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplace and classic Southern verandas.  Depending on the event style, the Whitman can comfortably host from 40-60 people and event options include far more than the traditional wedding reception, wedding ceremony or simple exchange or renewal of vows.

We can arrange in residence spa and beauty treatments and excursions for family, groomsmen and bridesmaids and understand that everybody has their own personal preferences and ideas to make their wedding day unique.
