Booking
50% of the booking fee is charged at the time of reservation, the remaining balance is charged prior to 30 days from the check-in date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We recognize that unforeseen circumstances and acts of nature occur. We are willing to work with our guest to provide accommodations for these events. Call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to keep your reservation in order to give us as much time as possible to re-rent the property.
We require written notification of cancellation signed by the financially responsible contact. Notification must be delivered by mail, fax or email within 60 prior to the arrival date. If your canceled reservation is successfully re-rented and confirmed, you will be refunded all fees except for a $150 cancellation fee and $30 processing fee. If your reservation does not successfully re-rent, you will forfeit all monies paid to The Whitman.
